Do you have a passion for engaging with people and improving their health? Prudential MD offers comprehensive mobile medical services tailored to meet patients where they feel most comfortable. We specialize in the care and management of geriatric populations and deliver exceptional care to private homes, senior living communities, and assisted living facilities.
We are currently seeking a Per Diem/Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mobile care team. In this role, you will provide in-home health evaluations, build meaningful relationships with patients, and help bridge gaps in care.
Role Overview
The typical visit lasts about 45 minutes, allowing time to connect one-on-one, review medications and medical history, answer questions, and complete a physical evaluation.
