The Structured Settlements business delivers financial security to personal injury claimants and their families through long term financial arrangements that provide financial wellness at a time of uncertainty in their lives. The role

Prudential's Structured Settlements Business is seeking a Relationship Management Support Associate. The Relationship Management Support Associate, as a member of the Onboarding and Administration Team, will report to the Manager, Onboarding and Administration.TheRelationship Management Support Associateis an entry level positionresponsible for performing variousoperational activities,including but not limited to, new sale set up, processing client requests, and contract delivery. The individual in this role will work closely withthe Relationship Management, Onboarding, and Advanced Underwriting Teams within Structured Settlements, and our internal and external partners.The positionwill be a hybrid rolebased in Newark, NJ.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Meet or exceedService Level Agreements for processing customer requestsincludingmedical requests, document attachment, new sale set up,and contract mailings

  • Monitora sharedmailboxto ensure timely resolution of client requests/inquiries

  • Ensure timely upload of contracts to the Structured Settlements website

  • Manage applicable spreadsheets and prepare metrics to ensure proper processing of work

  • Answer and resolveincomingemails andcallsfrom external distribution channel

  • Process Post Issuance Changesas needed

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $45,700.00 to $75,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
