Join our team as an Academic Relations Manager and help shape the future of healthcare talent. In this role, you will build and strengthen partnerships with nursing and allied health programs to create clinical experiences and career pathways for students pursuing careers in post-acute care. You'll collaborate with operational and nursing leaders to develop workforce pipelines, coordinate clinical affiliations, represent our organization at community and recruitment events, and support the transition of students into rewarding careers within our system.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, academic relations, workforce development, or nursing education, along with strong relationship-building and communication skills. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required; Master's preferred.

  • Experience working within post-acute or long-term care environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partnership agreements and MOUs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between system facilities and school locations.
