​As a Provider Relations Representative - Tucker, GA (Hybrid) at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission
  • Assists the business process outsourcing development teams in gathering and summarizing data to assist in client evaluation. 
  • Provides analysis and documentation of client requirements to provide appropriate data to outsourcing project development and implementation teams for client(s).
  • Prepares work plans, documents project scope and reviews with client to ensure accuracy. Monitors project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Monitors processes and resolves participant issues; escalates as appropriate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in a related field such as healthcare, provider relations, or claims management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Effective in presenting and facilitating training or informational sessions
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage field visits, reporting, and provider support
  • As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a topic of their choice to demonstrate communication and presentation skills.
What you should expect in this role
  • This is a hybrid position for Tucker, GA, and travel is required for the Southeast Metro territory. This includes the counties of Clayton, DeKalb, and Rockdale.
  • Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 
  • Assessment Requirement: Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process. 
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
  • To work effectively as a teleworker or hybrid positions with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Higher speeds are recommended for optimal performance.

The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 - $64,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
