• This role is primarily remote, enabling flexibility while supporting clients on an outpatient basis.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations to devise tailored treatment plans reflecting clients' specific needs.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and health records utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Engage with ongoing professional development opportunities and workshops to remain informed of advancements in mental health practices and refine clinical skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster comprehensive care plans and ensure clients receive holistic treatment.

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of legal regulations and ethical considerations in counseling practices.
