• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their specific challenges.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to foster client engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, enhancing client service delivery and therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records consistent with ethical and legal standards, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying current with advancements in psychological research and therapeutic methodologies.

This role primarily involves working with individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. The successful LPC will demonstrate empathy and understanding while navigating complex client needs, aiming to inspire growth and healing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is required.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, showcasing direct engagement with diverse client populations.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues alike.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related technologies is essential for maintaining accurate client documentation.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment are highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care will be a significant advantage.

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, contingent upon the candidate's experience and caseload.
