We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team at Rebuild Self Mental Health Clinic. This full-time, remote position will allow you to provide high-quality mental health services to clients in need from the comfort of your own home. Our flexible schedule includes Monday to Friday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting both client access to care and a balanced work-life dynamic for our therapists.

This position is fully remote, providing a telehealth-focused work environment that empowers you to interact with clients via secure online platforms. You will utilize various telehealth technologies and tools to conduct virtual sessions, maintain client records, and collaborate with other professionals. • Deliver evidence-based virtual counseling services to a diverse client base, facilitating sessions that address mental health concerns, personal growth, and resilience.
• Create and maintain a safe, trusting therapeutic environment conducive to openness and healing.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that empower them to actively participate in their own healing journey.
• Utilize established evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to effectively address client issues and promote successful outcomes.
• Regularly assess client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure responsive and effective care.
• Document all sessions and treatment plans accurately and promptly using our secure digital health record system.

You will work with a wide array of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse client population ranges across various age groups and backgrounds, requiring a therapist who can navigate and respect individual differences while delivering empathetic and tailored care.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational experience of at least 2 years in therapy, including treatment planning and virtual counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build cooperative and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation practices to enhance client engagement and streamline administrative processes.

While not mandatory, additional credentials in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, child and adolescent therapy, or crisis management will be advantageous. Previous experience with integrated mental health teams or collaborative care models can further enrich the therapeutic environment we provide.
