Position Description:
The Training & Credentialing Manager ensures every examiner is properly trained, certified, and prepared for complex VA examinations. They manage competency programs, annual recertifications, and specialty training. Their work keeps the clinical workforce compliant and mission ready.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA or Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Manage DMA certification and annual examiner recertification
Oversee specialty training and ongoing credentialing updates
Track examiner performance and remediation needs
Maintain training records and LMS systems
Coordinate updates based on new MDEO Handbook releases
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years healthcare training or credentialing experience
Experience managing LMS platforms and credentialing workflows
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
ATD CPLP or NAMSS CPCS
Experience in federal medical certification programs

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 $172,400.00.
