Job description

About PropertyRadar

PropertyRadar is the hyperlocal lead generation platform built on the most complete public-records property and owner data in the country. We help small local businesses real estate investors, agents, mortgage professionals, commercial brokers, and home service providers compete and win against large companies. We've been at this since 2007, we run profitably, and we're entering our most ambitious growth chapter yet.

The Opportunity

There are over two million active real estate investors in the United States, and most of them are small operators competing for the same deals using the same tired tactics. The ones who consistently win have a systematic edge in finding motivated sellers before anyone else better data, smarter targeting, and direct outreach that reaches the right owner at the right time.

That is the problem PropertyRadar solves, and the REI segment is one of the largest, most underpenetrated opportunities on our platform. The next chapter of REI growth will not be won one trial at a time it will be won by going where serious investors already are: inside the podcasts, YouTube channels, Facebook groups, masterminds, conferences, and education communities that already shape investor behavior.

The VP / Director of Segment Growth Real Estate Investing exists to lead that motion. Your job is to own the REI segment end-to-end revenue, audience, community presence, customer acquisition, retention, and the product feedback loop and to make PropertyRadar the default platform for serious investors.

Why an Embedded Operator

This role is not for a traditional marketer or sales leader. It is a leadership seat for someone already embedded in the REI community someone with a real following, real credibility, and a track record of turning audience into customers. If real estate investors already look to you for insights, strategies, and tools, this role lets you turn that trust into a career-defining segment ownership seat.

What You'll Own

Segment Revenue

  1. Own net new subscription ARR for the REI segment your primary metric.
  2. Design and execute the campaigns, plays, and offers that bring REI subscribers in the door.
  3. Partner with Customer Experience to drive retention and expansion within the REI customer base.

Audience & Community

  1. Grow PropertyRadar's brand in the REI community through your existing network, content, and presence.
  2. Represent PropertyRadar at conferences, on podcasts, in masterminds, and wherever serious investors gather.
  3. Build and maintain partnerships with educators, coaches, masterminds, associations, and community leaders.

Customer Acquisition

  1. Co-host webinars, live sessions, and joint events with major REI partners to convert their audience into qualified PropertyRadar trials.
  2. Run content series, demos, and direct outreach that move investors from awareness to trial to paid.
  3. Coordinate with Growth Marketing on paid, organic, and partner channels you set the strategy for the segment.

Voice of the Segment

  1. Translate investor workflows and pain points into product feedback that shapes our roadmap.
  2. Work with our product team to prioritize features the REI segment has been asking for.
  3. Maintain a clear point of view on what serious investors need next from PropertyRadar.

What We're Looking For

  1. Active REI experience. You've done deals wholesale, buy-and-hold, flips, BRRRR, multifamily, land and you can describe deal flow, acquisition strategies, and lead sources from personal experience.
  2. A real audience. You have an active REI-focused following on YouTube, a podcast, Instagram, a Facebook group, a paid community, a newsletter, or a mastermind with demonstrated engagement.
  3. Proof of conversion. You've turned your audience into paying customers, students, or community members and can point to specific results.
  4. On-camera presence. You can show up on webinars, podcasts, partner calls, and live demos as a credible PropertyRadar voice and you're already doing it.
  5. Strategic judgment. You can tell the difference between a partnership worth six months of effort and a vanity logo.
  6. Self-directed operator. You take a goal and build the plan. You don't need to be told to follow up.
  7. AI-native operator. You use AI and automation as part of your daily workflow and reach for them before you reach for headcount.

Nice to Have

  1. B2B SaaS or proptech experience in a growth, GTM, or segment ownership capacity.
  2. Familiarity with hyperlocal marketing direct mail, targeted ads, skip tracing, or similar.
  3. Hands-on experience with PropertyRadar, PropStream, DealMachine, BatchLeads, REIPro, or similar.
  4. Experience with list-building, distressed property acquisition, or public records data.
  5. Existing relationships with REI coaches, educators, mastermind operators, or community leaders.

Compensation

  • $135,000$225,000 base, commensurate with experience.
  • Uncapped commission on net new subscription ARR generated within the REI segment.
  • Title (VP or Director of Segment Growth) commensurate with experience.
  • Full benefits package health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible PTO.
