Job description

The Executive Assistant (Remote) provides high-level administrative support to a department or team, streamlining daily operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing meetings, and handling sensitive communications with discretion. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively within a dynamic remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel logistics
  • Prepare materials and agendas for meetings
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between executives and stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents
  • Prioritize tasks to support executive workload efficiently
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external contacts
  • Manage and triage executive email inboxes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
