Walton Signage is a well-respected, innovative company in the signage industry. The Company serves large, national or corporate accounts with turnkey installation of high quality signage systems and has been listed three times as one of Inc. Magazine's fastest growing companies.
We are currently recruiting for a DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT for facilitating and expediting technical and field related activities for external and internal customers which include subcontractors, municipalities, engineers and, Walton Signage Program and Project Managers. Also has overall project responsibility as it relates to installation and costing objectives by performing the following duties. This is a remote position, and the Director will work out of his/her home office.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
1. Plans, staffs, evaluates and directs work of program management team.
2. Develop and maintain the strongest relationships possible with the sales team and clients to grow revenue streams.
a. Provide ongoing and unquestioned value and a significant contrast between Walton service and their competitors.
    1. Find new profitable ways to provide value.
    2. Identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and reference-ability.
    3. Partner with sales team to ferret new opportunities and win additional business.

3. Optimize the composition and structure of the team to maximize company goals.
4. Ensure the organization structure and team practices are designed to support and sustain rapid growth (organic or through acquisition) while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
5. Develop team members to identify and mitigate risks.
6. Identify methods of improving gross margin: outsourcing, negotiation, direction, etc.
7. Maintaining a high level of efficient execution by each team member to allow for additional program work to be added to the team without negatively affecting execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 years experience in program or project management and leading a PM team.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products required and ERP software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Holds sensitive / confidential information in the highest regard. Define goals that ensure company and customer satisfaction.
• Must maintain a continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
