This is a build-it-all role. • Maintain absolute brand consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint, evolving the visual identity as the company scales
  • Continuously refine creative templates, asset libraries, and design systems to support speed and scalability

Email Marketing

  • Design high-converting email templates and campaigns within Klaviyo, managing layout, visual strategy, and optimization for engagement and deliverability
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign calendar execution, A/B test creative, and performance iteration

Social Media Content

  • Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok that drives audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Develop short-form visual content (static, carousel, and motion-ready assets) aligned to each platform’s best practices

Ecommerce & Shopify

  • Manage and optimize product listings, landing pages, and visual merchandising on the Shopify storefront
  • Ensure all active SKUs are supported with high-quality, optimized product imagery and lifestyle photography
  • Implement basic on-page SEO best practices for product images, alt text, and visual content

Photography & Retouching

  • Plan, shoot, and retouch product photography for packaging, ecommerce listings, and marketing assets
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all product and lifestyle imagery

Compliance

  • Ensure all creative output complies with state and federal hemp/cannabis advertising regulations, platform content policies, and packaging/labeling laws
  • Stay current on evolving compliance requirements across active markets (TN, GA, SC, FL, AL, NC, MS, MO, and others as the company expands)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate directly with leadership, marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Brand Consistency: 100% adherence to brand guidelines across all channels and materials
  • Compliance Accuracy: Zero compliance violations across all published creative—packaging, digital, and print
  • Asset Turnaround: Design assets delivered within agreed SLA timelines; emergency requests triaged same-day
