Job Description:

Oracle Project Manager to manager Oracle Cloud projects, who is an expert contributing to different phases of the project lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in Requirement gathering, Estimation, Development, Testing, implementation and support. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape . You are expected to navigate successfully through difference of opinion within various business groups and technology, to come up with best possible solutions keeping organizational interest .Participating in the improvement of business processes he/she should work along with client and will manage client expectations and overall project requirement finalization and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of project management in IT industry with experience in solution delivery with best practices of implementation and any possible pitfalls

Strong Project Management skills:

  • Proven experience working in agile environment.
  • Strong experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence
  • 5+ years of agile project management experience and 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager for developing schedules, track actions, and drive projects to completion, controlling project schedule, project cost, effort forecasting
  • Effectively prioritize multiple projects to meet task, deliverable, and deadline requirements while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Plan and communicate the details of initial phases of the project, arrange for project kick-off meeting with the client and project, review progress, anticipate and address risks, execute project activities, track progress, review and sign-off deliverables, manage resources, communicate with client and project team as planned and deal with project issues to successfully deliver engagement and realize value articulated at time of deal closure and obtain the client-sign off.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic team-oriented environment
  • Effective and professional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with peers, management, internal/external partners, vendors and service providers
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management and the ability to motivate teams to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic and complex problems
  • Strong client relationship building and communication skills to manage client/management expectations and building service improvement plans
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information
  • Project Management certification (PMI) is preferred
  • Excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs and drivers with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence through service provision
  • Expertise in understanding, setting and managing customer expectations

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data governance practices, approaches and technology issues and trends related to managing enterprise data and information assets in a large, complex organization
