This role will be performed primarily in a remote setting, allowing you to engage with clients and colleagues from the comfort of your home. Our community health clinic's virtual environment enables flexibility while still fostering a close-knit team dynamic through regular meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects. You will be equipped with advanced digital tools to conduct assessments and counseling sessions effectively.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate access for clients and their families to community-based resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive care encompassing various aspects of their lives.
• Operate effectively within a crisis-driven environment, drawing on an extensive knowledge of issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and various mental health conditions.
• Engage in team education activities, providing insights on clients’ psychosocial stressors to foster a unified approach among healthcare professionals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that includes patient medical and psychological histories, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in client conditions.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback, ensuring ongoing efficacy and support.

The clients we serve hail from varied backgrounds, each presenting with distinct mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with children, adolescents, and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your compassionate approach will help empower these individuals and families, leading them towards improved mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience in delivering counseling services to a diverse clientele, with an emphasis on both individual and group therapy settings.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or community health setting, particularly in remote environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and tools for assessing and managing mental health issues.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
