This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Web Designer based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact digital experiences for a global client base across diverse industries. You will work in a fully remote, distributed environment where creativity, autonomy, and ownership are central to how work gets done. As a senior designer, you will take projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring strong visual quality and user experience across all outputs. You will collaborate closely with project management while maintaining full responsibility for your design work. The environment is fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on craft, reliability, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives on variety, independence, and consistent creative execution.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end web and UI design solutions, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client expectations and project goals. You will manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining consistency, creativity, and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch

  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a structured schedule aligned with US Eastern Time (9 AM - 6 PM ET)
