The Opportunity
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic growth across Village Gourmet.
In this role, you'll partner with teams across Operations, Finance, Sales, IT/BI, and more-owning projects from concept to execution and ensuring they deliver real business results.

What You'll Do
Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead projects end-to-end-from planning through delivery
  • Build timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Track milestones and ensure on-time, on-scope execution
  • Identify risks and proactively solve problems

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align priorities across departments
  • Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications
  • Drive accountability and clarity across teams

Operational Excellence
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Support manufacturing efficiency and supply chain optimization
  • Introduce scalable project management best practices

Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead key initiatives like product launches, system implementations, and facility improvements

  • Ensure alignment with company strategy and leadership priorities

Reporting & Insights
  • Build dashboards and executive-level reporting
  • Track project performance, risks, and outcomes
  • Monitor budgets and ROI where applicable

What You Bring
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience

Preferred

  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Background in ERP implementations or operational improvement projects

Skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or MS Project
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
