We are looking for a Staff Accountant Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Assist in the performance of audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer with up-to-date software

Small Office Solutions manages bookkeeping and accounting tasks for around 40 clients. A lot of these clients are varied associations who work with an association management firm we work with. For most clients, we handle everything from posting to financials.
