RMF Engineering, Inc is seeking is currently seeking a Project Accountant in our Baltimore office.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing monthly client invoices, preparing daily bank deposits, monthly journal entries, collections, cash receipts, account reconciliations, financial analysis, purchase orders, contract administration, monthly government reporting, and other duties to assist the Controller.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to make accurate, independent decisions, possess a positive attitude, and be able to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of practical accounting experience
  • Accounts receivables and billing experience
  • Must have experience with MS Excel
  • MS Office experience
  • Professional level oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional service contracts administration experience is desirable
  • Deltek Vision experience highly preferred
