This is a very exciting time for us, we've been growing like crazy and just closed a $200MM round of funding!
Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.
Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We have been in business since 2012, and have 120 employees, and around 40 technical employees in our engineering org.
We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring a Remote Senior or Staff Software Engineer with the following experience:

  • Ruby, Rails
  • AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)
  • React
  • Experience with AI, Agents, Gen, AI, and/or Claude (more below)

AI Tools and Interest

  • Our team uses the following AI tools, so any experience with following is a BIG plus
  • Cursor
  • Claude
  • Replit

Our tech stack also includes the following, so experience with any of these is a plus:

  • Ansible
  • Terraform
  • CloudFormation
  • Linux
  • Postgres
How We Work/Agentic AI

We're prompt-first, and use AI tools to generate tests, increase velocity, and prototype quicky. Everything goes through human review prior to shipping.

You don't have to have experience with Agentic AI to work here, as long as you have the interest!

We work in a high trust environment, and many of our engineers have used Rails since version 2.3. We work across the stack. We expect our engineers to think like product people, and drive projects from inception through production.

  • Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
  • Implement core functional using Rails
  • Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs, APIs, and related tools

  • Build and maintain components in both React and TypeScript
  • Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
