Easy Way Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an active clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our remote team. This position primarily offers a remote work setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still being part of a collaborative and supportive virtual team. Although based remotely, you will engage regularly with a variety of multidisciplinary professionals who are invested in client care and organizational goals. Communication and collaboration are facilitated through digital platforms, ensuring that team members are connected and supported.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's background, strengths, and specific mental health challenges. This assessment will guide the treatment planning process.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate family-centered and culturally appropriate treatment plans that address individual and family dynamics. This includes facilitating both individual and family therapy sessions.
• Utilize trauma-informed care principles throughout all interactions, ensuring that clients feel safe, respected, and empowered during their therapeutic journey.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical teams to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care, participating in case consultations and team meetings as necessary.
• Create and maintain thorough clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with program requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage a designated caseload that aligns with client needs and organizational goals, adjusting as necessary based on programmatic demands.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with the tools to navigate acute challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training and supervision as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the effectiveness of the program.

You will work with a varied client population, including individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, trauma, and emotional disturbances. To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field of behavioral health.
• An active clinical license in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or other appropriate certifications that do not require supervision.

While not mandatory, candidates with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly with vulnerable populations, are preferred. Familiarity with outpatient care settings, trauma-informed care practices, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be considered advantageous.

Easy Way Psychological Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
