Job description

Role Requirement:

At least 8-10 years of experience in leading Change Management projects as a Program Manager

Prior Smartsheet experience is highly preferred

Must follow our internal methodology on driving project management for Change integration across various programs


Job Description:
1. Integrate Change Management (CM) plans across transformation programs, aligning efforts across shared regions, sites, and target audiences to ensure consistency and efficiency.

2. Develop and manage Global Integrated Change Plan by sourcing required inputs from program teams and partnering closely with the PMO.

3. Embed automation considerations within the integrated plan to minimize manual updates and enhance efficiency.

4. Facilitate regular cadence with Change practitioners to ensure milestones are accurate, current, and aligned across programs.

5. Collaborate with the PMO & Regional leads to continuously refine and update the integrated plan comprehensively and its components based on evolving program needs.

6. Identify and escalate risks, partnering with regional and program leads to assess impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.

7. Drive integrated regional business readiness and continuity planning, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place to minimize disruption during transformation.

8. Evaluate transformation impact, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
