Job Summary:
Our client seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead execution for their Product Detail Page (PDP) and Guest Price Display programs within the Booking & Pricing engineering organization. This is a crucial, cross-functional role focused on ensuring timely delivery of features for one of the most critical user-facing surfaces. The TPM will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data Science to manage milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain clear progress across Web, iOS, and Android development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own program execution for PDP and Guest Price Display initiatives, including tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and driving resolutions across Web, iOS, and Android engineering teams.
  • Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps, sequence work, and ensure cross-team dependencies are visible and unblocked.
  • Drive the delivery of key workstreams such as price transparency, pre-booking price display, price display consolidation, and fee-related systems.
  • Manage regular program cadences (standups, syncs, stakeholder updates) to ensure visible progress and appropriate issue escalation.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks proactively.
  • Contribute to bi-annual product release planning by managing PDP and Guest Pricing workstreams through Airbnb's product lifecycle.
  • Translate complex technical work into clear status communications for engineering leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional software programs.
  • Ability to understand and reason about technical systems, including frontend/backend integrations and multi-platform delivery (Web, iOS, Android).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead through influence.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and making order out of chaos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex tradeoffs and present them effectively to any audience.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience working on consumer-facing product surfaces is a strong plus.
  • Experience with consumer platforms like PDP, checkout, pricing, or booking flows is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Airbnb's tech stack or similar high-scale consumer platforms is a plus.
