Position Summary

The Senior Program Manager will lead theprogram management of theend-to-end commercial build-out for implantable Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy. This is alarge program with significant cross-functional and matrixed leadershiprequired.

This role drives cross-functional execution to prepare the organization for successful U.S. market expansion, ensuring readiness acrossallcommercialfunctionsrequiredto launch;sales, operations,marketing, training,clinical support,andother supporting functions.

This is a high-visibility roleoperatingin a complex, matrixed med-tech environment with direct exposure to VP/SVP leadership.

This is a build-and-scale role requiring decisive leadership and execution discipline.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Commercial Launch Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and executedetailedintegrated commercialization master plan aligned to launch timelinesin theU.S.

  • Define milestones, interdependencies, and critical path activities.

  • Facilitates working team meetings and tracks progress against the project plan.

  • Developstructured report outs tothestage-gate governancehighlighting progress,risksand mitigations.

  • Drive launch readiness reviews and ensure alignment to businessobjectives.

2. Cross-Functional Program Leadership

  • Align Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.

  • Integrate field enablement plans including training, tools, and messagingto the overall master plan.

  • Escalate risks proactively with mitigation strategies.

  • Ability tooperatein a matrixed environment with VP/SVP stakeholders(added again to emphasize importance).

3. Operational & Commercial Scaling

  • Support workstream leaders to executeplans, this can include vendor and external partner engagement, coordination across functional leadership to ensuretimelyexecution, andidentifyingkey barriers in people, process or toolsrequiredto achieve key milestones.

  • Resolves program resource issues andfacilitatesreallocation of activities and efforts to ensure schedules are achieved.

  • Partnerwith colleagueson demand forecasting and inventory planning.

  • Coordinate vendor and external partner integration.

  • Support expansion planning for future geographic growth.

  • Monitor KPIs to ensure performance against launch targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Development, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of progressive program leadership in medical device or regulated healthcare.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting commercial launch or sales build-out.

  • Experience with implantable or Class III medical devices preferred.

  • PMP or comparable formal program management trainingstronglypreferred.

  • Experience scaling commercial teams in growth-stage environments.

Pay Transparency

  • A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $135,000 - $160,000 plus discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location and will be awarded on experience.
