  • Provide techno-functional leadership across Manufacturing Operations Management
  • Architect next-generation MOM solutions integrating MES with OT and enterprise systems
  • Lead hands-on MES transformation leveraging GE Proficy, Historian, Kepware and Plant Applications
  • Drive AI adoption and Industrial AI use cases across MOM applications
  • Build, mentor and scale high-performing MES and Industry 4.0 delivery teams
  • Lead governance including RAG status, KPIs, RAID, risks, issues, decisions and benefits tracking
  • Review program charter, operating model, RACI and governance framework
  • Orchestrate cross-functional technical and functional teams to ensure successful program delivery
  • Manage a $20M portfolio, including pipeline development and program delivery
  • Track SLAs, defects, MTTR/MTBF, schedule and effort variance, utilization, automation benefits, CSAT and compliance metrics
  • Manage budgets, SOWs, invoices, change orders and resource utilization
  • Provide executive updates, steering committee leadership, risk mitigation and change management

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on GE Proficy experience is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with GE Proficy Historian, Kepware and Plant Applications
  • Large-scale MES / Industry 4.0 transformation programs
  • CPG and manufacturing domain experience
