The Role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across teams, including Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, Support Operations, Legal, Privacy, Marketing and Analytics You'll guide our cloud-first architecture strategy, streamline business processes, and drive scalable system integrations and implementations. This role demands strong ownership, accountability, and exceptional communication - delivering results amid ambiguity and in a highly dynamic environment with precision and clarity. You'll anticipate risks, adapt quickly, assess build-vs-buy options, align technical solutions with business objectives, and deliver process capabilities that seamlessly connect systems and teams across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse functional domains - Product & Engineering, GTM, finance, and customer systems - ideal for someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to connect technical depth with business impact
Location: This position can be in hybrid in Seattle or remote within the US (prefer PST).
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Lead large cross-functional programs spanning Business Systems Engineering, Product, Support Operations, Finance, Marketing, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Own program execution - driving scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating high-level, ambiguous business goals into clearly documented systems and technical requirements that enable scalable, working solutions.
  • Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment through changing priorities.
  • Partner with teams to improve processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across tools and workflows.
  • Apply technical acumen to assess architecture, data, and integration impacts; influence scalable design decisions and mitigate risks in collaboration with engineering team.
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

Our Vision of You
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
  • Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business context.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or integrating GTM tools within Salesforce
  • Proven experience managing or optimizing quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, quoting, billing, and order management workflows.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration, with the ability to flag and manage technical risks.
  • Skilled in roadmap planning, scoping, and discovery for large-scale initiatives, with expertise in defining and documenting requirements, managing dependencies, and communicating progress across all levels.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Trusted for ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence - consistently driving stakeholder alignment and execution clarity.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience.
