About this role:

**This position is notional pending contract award**

TechSource is hiring a full-time Program Manager to support the Hanford Site. In this role, you will provide program management related tasks to support a large contract in support of the mission. This is a remote position with a requirement to visit the customer site as needed. The position offers flexible work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with Government representatives, prime contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve program objectives and maintain strong working relationships.

Support overall program execution by driving key outcomes, resolving challenges, and promoting innovative, mission-focused solutions.

Serve as the Deputy Program Manager for contractual and operational activities, supporting successful execution of all contract requirements.

Lead day-to-day administration of contract scope-of-work activities, ensuring personnel, deliverables, and performance objectives are executed in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.

Support program planning and execution through the development and implementation of integrated program, staffing, subcontractor, material, and business plans aligned with short- and long-term objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and establish priorities to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across program activities.

Monitor program performance, schedules, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status updates and reporting on progress, issues, and corrective actions as needed.

Assist with scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking activities, including monitoring projects with multiple funding categories.

Support program financial management activities, including Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities, as applicable.

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and programmatic risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, briefings, and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Participate in customer meetings and support ongoing customer engagement activities to maintain positive client relationships and ensure mission success.
