• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
• Complete comprehensive assessments to evaluate client conditions and develop personalized, actionable treatment plans that focus on measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

Your efforts will directly impact a diverse clientele, including individuals and families struggling with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You'll work with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, providing tailored therapeutic approaches that respect and integrate their unique perspectives.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services to a diverse range of populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient in using technology for teletherapy and documentation purposes.

• Experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Background in working within community health settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
