This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexible working conditions while still providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. Our outpatient office serves a diverse clientele with an array of mental health needs. You will collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, participating in program planning and liaising closely with psychiatrists and other counselors to develop cohesive treatment strategies.

• Evaluate patients' ongoing biopsychosocial needs by conducting comprehensive assessments and identifying issues that require attention.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans customized to each patient's unique circumstances, aiming to facilitate symptom resolution and improved daily functioning.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, either as a primary therapist or co-therapist, ensuring that interventions are clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in case management activities, offering insights and coordinating with other team members regarding comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct triage evaluations and crisis interventions in partnership with both outpatient and inpatient teams.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in the practice of counseling and adhere to all agency policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will engage with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Your role will directly influence patient outcomes by providing effective therapy that aids in their recovery and overall mental health improvement.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong foundation in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling.
• Understanding of applicable legal frameworks and ethical guidelines pertaining to clinical practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and relevant technology tools.

Ideal candidates will have additional specialized training or certifications in family therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance abuse counseling. Experience working within primary care or medical settings is highly valued, as is a commitment to evidence-based practices that improve client outcomes.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses.
