As Senior HR Program Manager, you'll lead new and ongoing HR Programs projects. You'll build relationships and collaborate with HR and corporate partners as well as field leaders to deliver an outstanding employee experience and influence program outcomes. You will elevate, implement, and manage projects related to Wage Investment Strategy, full performance management program lifecycle, and New Center Growth/Acquisition, and more!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and maintain project plans; including documentation, schedules, forecasting, planning, issue/risk, organizational change, partner concerns, meeting facilitation, meeting notes and status reporting
  • Navigate projects to successful completion by influencing partners at different levels
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects by planning strategies and overcoming obstacles that pose a risk to project completion
  • Connect with and present to various levels within the organization, including the executive team
  • Develop solid relationships with all KinderCare teams and act as liaison when trouble-shooting roadblocks; includes navigating contentious situations and opposing views
  • Possess a passion and curiosity for finding the right solution in the simplest way while being open to both giving and receiving feedback
  • Own the overall sustainability plan for our field's balanced scorecard, including partner & brand leader meetings, presentations, and visibility on program success
  • Facilitate meetings and collaboration among our cross-functional team supporting the balanced scorecard, providing consistency and driving the program forward - defining and connecting processes and driving completion of objectives and key results each quarter
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and expectation setting in a cross functional project management role with large matrixed organization
  • Strong project management, project budgeting, and organizational change skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience with Workday, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and capable of running and analyzing reports
  • Able to move large scale enterprise projects forward, delivered on time, while displaying excellent interpersonal skills and influence at all levels
  • Effectively balance the requirements of the business with the needs of individuals; while steering strategy to increase positive outcomes
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and handle confidential and critical issues
  • Confident assessing processes, performing benchmarking/analysis and making recommendations for improvement through strong data storytelling
