Job Title: Project Manager / Change Manager

Location: Fully Remote/Full Time

Role: The Moore Group is seeking a Project Manager with Change Management expertise to support the implementation of a large-scale digital transformation initiative for a global pharmaceutical organization. This role will lead the coordination, execution, governance, and organizational change activities required to successfully implement an enterprise-wide tool to support new and existing governance processes.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs within highly regulated environments and can effectively partner with stakeholders and executive leadership to drive successful delivery and global adoption.

This role requires a strong blend of project management, stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, governance facilitation, and change management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • PM Leadership - Solid expertise in Agile project methodologies, critical plan management, and changemanagement techniques, with the ability to apply them appropriately across different delivery contexts.
  • Planning & Critical Path Management: Ability to develop and maintain an integrated project plan capturing all workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Experience managing the critical path, including cross-functional interdependency mapping, and escalation of risks or bottlenecks with recommended mitigations.
  • Risk Management - Strong understanding of riskmanagement principles, with the capability to identify, assess, manage, and control risks and their impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Status Reporting - Experience of project monitoring and reporting, producing clear, accurate and timely updates for stakeholders and governance forums. Ability to analyze, summarize and present regular RAID updates.

Coordination:

  • Stakeholder Alignment - Serve as the central coordinating point across all workstreams, teams and external partners. Facilitate and ensure cross functional and stakeholder alignment.
  • Resource Management - Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Documentation & Artifact Management - Ensure all project documentation is maintained in a centralized location.

Change Management:

  • Change Impact Assessment & Strategy - Develop and execute a structured change management strategy to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Engage key stakeholders to build awareness within their teams.
  • Readiness, Resistance & Post-Go-Live Support - Conduct readiness assessments and provide a sustainable and adaptive plan for hypercare and ongoing support.

Training & Enablement:

  • Role-Based Training - Partner with SMEs to develop and deliver role-based training, including work instructions, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • User focus - Experience conducting pilots and incorporating user feedback to improve training materials, and the adoption of deployed tools and processes.
  • Ways of Working - Track record of successful user-adoption of new processes and ways of working in a complex, regulated environment.

Communication:

  • Communication Planning - Develop and execute a structured communication plan to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project performance. Business performance insights for leadership. Helping leadership understand where the business is going and what actions to take.
  • Feedback & Escalation - Establish feedback and escalation protocols in a timely manner.

Required Start Time: Daily start time of 8 a.m. US-ET is required due to national and international operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10 years of experience in project management and change management.
  • Background: Agile Scrum and IT digital project management. Extensive background implementing key project deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Agile backlog & project management planning tools; Advanced Excel / data reporting tools.
  • Certifications: PMP and/or similar qualifications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
