What will your typical day look like?

The Manager, Global Clients and Industries (C&I) Program Management and Operations sits at the intersection of chief of staff support, strategic program management, executive communications, and budget and investment portfolio management.


This role supports strategic program delivery, leadership operations, executive communications, and budget and investment management process. Working closely with the Global C&I Program Leader and broader leadership support team, the Manager will help drive execution across priority initiatives, maintain team operating cadence, and enable strong governance across global programs and investments.


This is a highly collaborative role suited for a professional who brings strong program management discipline, executive readiness, financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively across a complex global network. The role also works closely with offshore support teams, providing day-to-day direction, mentorship, and oversight to support high-quality execution, consistency, and team development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate strategic programs and priority projects across GC&I, including planning, tracking, and delivery support
• Support the Global C&I Program Leadership team in running leadership operations, governance forums, and team cadence activities
• Manage annual and in-year budget, forecasting, and investment tracking processes for GC&I initiatives, coordinating with the Global Finance team
• Support and help lead investment syndication activities, including intake, coordination, business case review, recommendation, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and process management
• Develop executive-ready materials, including presentations, briefing packs, talking points, agendas, decision memos, and follow-up communications
• Monitor program progress, investment performance and business performance, synthesize insights, and provide clear reporting to leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen transparency, execution rigor, and operational effectiveness
• Provide direction and day-to-day oversight to USI analysts and senior analysts supporting team priorities and deliverables
• Coach and mentor junior team members to support quality, consistency, and team development

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, chief of staff support, strategic initiatives, or related roles
  • Prior client service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or investment governance processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with senior leaders
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Experience leading workstreams and guiding junior team members or shared support resources

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
