LOCATION
The salary for this position is $75,000.

This is a remote position.


POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be the primary account manager for assigned manufacturers to drive design, implementation, communication, and management of specialty pharmacy therapy programs, including rare diseases, that deliver value for manufacturers. The program manager will develop, document, and manage relationships across the assigned organization with the goal to grow the partnership with Orsini Specialty Pharmacy. The program manager will be the project manager of drug launches (implementation) within Orsini and work with internal Orsini stakeholders and Senior Management to manage Orsini Specialty Pharmacy performance/manufacturer key performance indicators (KPIs) and grow Orsini's share of business within the assigned manufacturer. This position will manage contractual deliverables and assist in resolving customer service escalations. The role requires consistent travel for quarterly business reviews, manufacturer meetings, and other business engagements as needed. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Oversee, develop, and manage therapy/service programs for designated pharma partners and/or therapy classes. Manage Orsini therapy performance/manufacturer KPI(s), document  communications, and assist with any manufacturer escalated issues. 
  • Develop and manage relationships across the assigned manufacturer organization with the goal to grow the partnership and Orsini Specialty Pharmacy share of the business. 
  • Lead cross-functional team to develop and implement custom programs for Pharma partners and/or for new specialty pharmacy product launches. This includes designing clinical and operational processes to support needs of product, educating the Orsini Healthcare staff to ensure all teams are prepared for new product or service launches. 
  • Implementation and on-going oversight of trade contract deliverables including data reporting development and issue resolution. Participate in quarterly business reviews with manufacturers when requested. 
  • Work collaboratively to assess and improve key clinical and operational processes within Specialty Pharmacy. Participate in quality improvement activities as assigned. 
  • Prepare reports regarding program performance (financial & operational outcomes), ongoing activities, projects, and other reporting needs for customer business review meetings. 
  • Lead cross-functional team to manage strategically important projects (internal/ manufacturer). 
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND TRAINING
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required, or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience (minimum 5-8 years in a relevant role). 
  • Previous Specialty Pharmacy Trade experience at lager organization preferred. 
  • Experience with account management and internal stakeholder collaboration preferred. 
  • Must be computer literate – knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret professional literature and technical procedures. 
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems. 
  • Ability to interpret and make inferences from data. 
  • Good project management skills. 
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one time. 
  • Ability to travel for QBRs, implementations, pharma partner meetings, and other business engagement meetings as needed.
