This role is designed to be flexible, allowing you to work remotely while engaging with school-based clients digitally. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Black Rock Mental and Rehabilitation Center, your contributions will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans that align with the latest best practices, ensuring each plan addresses the unique needs of your clients.
• Implementing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the preferences and requirements of each patient.
• Maintaining meticulous records that comply with HIPAA regulations, documenting client progress and treatment efficacy, while utilizing our digital case management systems.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and educational professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to foster professional growth and enhance service delivery quality.
• Providing ongoing education and resources for patients and their families regarding mental health challenges and available community resources to support their journeys.
• Staying abreast of current research trends and integrating new findings into your practice to improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Managing a comprehensive caseload of patients while ensuring treatment milestones are achieved, in adherence to ethical standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your work will focus on a diverse clinical population, predominantly within school settings, addressing various mental health concerns that affect students and their families. You will collaborate with educators and school administrators to create a holistic approach to mental wellness, reinforcing the importance of mental health in educational success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license recognized in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy within educational or community settings.
• Deep understanding of solution-focused interventions, with a preference for prior experience in a school-based mental health environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients and families.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to inform treatment strategies.
• The ability to function effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in school-based mental health initiatives or those who have developed and implemented effective treatment programs tailored to children and adolescents. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth practices and tools will be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
