• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand and evaluate the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring effective interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in navigating challenges and increasing their resilience.
• Develop personalized service plans that are aligned with clients' goals, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments based on their feedback and changing needs.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary community resources, supporting their access to healthcare, social services, and educational opportunities.
• Contribute to the organization's program development initiatives by evaluating existing services, reporting outcomes, and assisting with grant applications for funding opportunities.
• Collaborate proactively with teachers, administrators, and community organizations to foster an integrated support system for clients and ensure the effectiveness of services provided.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach efforts, enhancing our collective knowledge and responsiveness to emerging social issues.

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and their families from diverse backgrounds. Many clients may be facing challenges such as bullying, family discord, trauma, or mental health issues, requiring a multi-faceted approach that combines counseling, education, and community support. Your efforts will be crucial in fostering an environment where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), indicating your expertise in providing clinical services.
• Strong understanding of social justice principles, advocacy strategies, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

• Previous experience working in a nonprofit setting or with school-age populations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with community resources and social support services in the Orlando area is advantageous.
• Experience with program evaluation and grant writing to support service enhancements and funding acquisition.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
