Job description

RSC2 is currently looking for a Contract Program Manager to join our growing team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland!
Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end radar system efforts from development and production through integration, operational testing, deployment, and sustainment.
  • On-site lead providing management at the contract-level and mission-integrated program execution support.
  • Experience providing program management support through the complete lifecycle of a complex system, preferably a radar.
  • Experience analyzing integrated program schedules, tracking and analyzing key execution metrics, and identifying and synchronizing cross-functional interdependencies.
  • Experience must include preparing detailed briefings, reports, and decision support materials for government leadership.
  • Experience managing and coordinating contractor personnel in support of contract execution and leading the contractor team to meet all program objectives and contractual requirements by providing comprehensive and effective support.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all responsibilities related to contract execution.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Program manager is required
    • Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000-$225,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
