• Conduct detailed assessments to ascertain clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, tailoring intervention strategies accordingly.

This position serves a diverse client base, including individuals and families who face a range of challenges such as mental health issues, trauma, financial instability, and systemic barriers to accessing care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide compassionate support, recognizing the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of each client, ultimately fostering empowerment and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential for this role.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
