• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs, health histories, and social circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique challenges and objectives.
• Lead engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions that cover a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to enhance service delivery and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed on current best practices in therapy and mental health care through ongoing education, workshops, and conferences.
• Contribute to program evaluation and improvement initiatives aimed at addressing gaps in service delivery and enhancing patient experiences.

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and represent a range of age groups and mental health challenges. You will work with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, aiding them in their pursuit of recovery and wellness. Your expertise will not only help clients navigate their struggles but also empower them to cultivate resilience and develop coping strategies.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure or certification (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of practical experience working with individuals experiencing emotional and mental health challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, enhancing workflow efficiency and documentation accuracy.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Familiarity with contemporary mental health practices and therapeutic modalities.
