Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing support to the Program Manager
  • Coordinating meetings, monitoring follow ups and program milestones
  • Tracking Program Activities including: deliverables, reporting timeline, and developing reports
  • Support the overall program execution
  • All other business operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related technical field
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Experience in a Research and Development environment.
  • Demonstrated creativity, foresight, professionalism, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving financial, business, administrative, or program management problems.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two (2) of the following:
    • A) developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and tracking financial milestones;
    • B) creating and coordinating budget and acquisition documents;
    • C) organizing meetings; developing briefings to technical and non-technical audiences;
    • D) knowledge of DoW policies and regulations; and
    • E) experience interacting with multiple internal and external personnel while demonstrating excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using modern PC computer techniques, systems, and tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.

Location: Arlington, VA

Schedule: 1 Fullโ€‘time and 1 Part time
