We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and support with activities to include annual budget, quarterly forecast, cross-functional planning support, modeling of commercial opportunities, weekly and monthly reporting, competitive intelligence, and ad hoc analysis. What You'll Do:

  • Provides FP&A support including budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Evaluate domestic and international growth opportunities by incorporating market dynamics, regulatory considerations, customer behavior, and financial assumptions into comprehensive business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance financial modeling, forecasting accuracy, and business decisions support.
  • Leads weekly/monthly reporting of revenue and operational KPIs, providing insight to management and identifying trends.
  • Reviews, benchmarks, and analyzes performance against competition with the goal of providing awareness and recommendations to management.
  • Create financial models to help evaluate a wide range of commercial opportunities both in the United States and Internationally.
  • Partner with business units to identify key drivers, trends, and to help execute company objectives.
  • Drive efficiency in FP&A processes by improving financial models, automation, and reporting tools.
  • Analyze the financial impact of major sporting events, seasonal trends, and customer behavior to improve forecasting accuracy and provide actionable business insights.
  • Autonomously handle ad-hoc requests from the business.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Located in Chicago-area a MUST but we are remote first with all the perks of working from home.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Public Accounting, and/or Corporate Finance
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, superior Excel skills, and proven ability to apply AI strategically.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous gaming experience and / or an avid sports fan is a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting software is a plus.
  • Ability to think and work independently while supporting multiple areas and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to Senior Leadership is a plus.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking / innovation skills.
