• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to identify specific problems and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based techniques to foster personal growth, emotional regulation, and resilience in clients dealing with various life challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress to ensure accountability and continual improvement.
• Implement teletherapy solutions, including one-on-one virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility issues or reside in remote areas.
• Maintain meticulous and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to best practices and legal requirements.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing clinical skills and staying updated on emerging therapies and trends in mental health care.

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. • Active and valid state Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
