Advantech is on the search for a driven Product Manager to shape the go-to-market strategy for our Industrial Flash, Memory, and Wireless product lines. This is a critical segment of our embedded computing portfolio, serving industries from manufacturing to smart infrastructure. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of product strategy, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution, working closely with sales, engineering, and global HQ teams to win deals and accelerate business growth. If you’re energized by owning outcomes, building customer relationships, and turning complex technical solutions into compelling market strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute localized go-to-market strategies for Advantech's Industrial Flash amp; Memory Solutions (https://www.advantech.com/en-us/products/industrial-flash-memory-solutions/sub_1-2r51ul) and Industrial Wireless Solutions (https://www.advantech.com/en-us/products/industrial-wireless-solutions/sub_26bc6262-2440-4468-9b66-f3d1cff479f4) product lines, collaborating with global product and marketing teams on promotion and planning.
  • Support project management activities including product specification clarification, proposal and quotation preparation, meeting facilitation, and progress tracking.
  • Develop and implement product promotional strategies spanning online and offline marketing, internal training sessions, webinars, and direct engagement with sales teams, partners, and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners to drive long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including application engineering, supply chain, procurement, quality, and manufacturing to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities including phase-in/phase-out processes, documentation updates, quality issue resolution, and coordination with HQ teams in Taiwan and China.
  • Travel approximately 10–15% of the year for customer visits and industry events.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or product engineering within the PC industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proactive, self-directed work style.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
