About the Role

The Marriott Mobile Product team leads the design, development, and innovation of the highly rated Marriott Bonvoy iOS and Android apps, used by millions of travelers to plan, book, and manage stays across 10,000+ hotels and 30+ brands worldwide.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and mature key mobile commerce capabilities within the Bonvoy app. Reporting to the Director of Mobile Product, this role will play a critical part in advancing Marriott's mobile growth strategy and supporting the company's ambition to become the world's favorite travel company.

This is a high-ownership role for a proactive product leader who thrives in complexity, is comfortable owning multiple product areas concurrently, and can context switch effectively while maintaining focus, quality, and momentum. The ideal candidate is eager to deeply understand the products they own-functionally, technically, analytically, and experientially-and grow into a recognized subject matter expert for their domains.

What You'll Do

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple mobile capabilities.

Balance and deliver across multiple product workstreams simultaneouslyswitching between strategic planning, delivery execution, experimentation, and stakeholder alignment.

Develop and execute customer- and data-driven strategies.

Lead experimentation and optimization efforts, including A/B testing.

Become a deep subject matter expert across product functionality and UX.

Lead cross-functional agile teams and drive delivery.

Translate research, analytics, and experimentation results into action.

Communicate status, plans and objectives clearly across teams and within the department.

Navigate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products.

5+ years leading cross-functional agile teams.

Experience delivering iOS and/or Android products.

Proven ownership of A/B testing and experimentation.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders & across departments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large organizations.

Ability to engage in complex technical discussions.

Experience with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics / Omniture.
