Innovation in connected beauty and aesthetic devices depends on products that deliver measurable value for providers, consumers, and internal stakeholders alike. The Product Manager, Devices plays a critical role in shaping the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of SkinHealth Systems’ device portfolio. This role partners cross-functionally across engineering, clinical, marketing, operations, regulatory, and commercial teams to bring differentiated device solutions to market, improve existing product performance, and support long-term business growth.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for device-based products aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, engineering, clinical, quality, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Gather and synthesize customer, provider, and market insights to identify unmet needs, product enhancements, and innovation opportunities.

  • Define product requirements, user needs, feature prioritization, and business cases for new device initiatives and enhancements.

  • Support new product development activities from concept through launch, including timelines, testing, commercialization planning, and launch readiness.

  • Partner with engineering and technical teams to ensure product functionality, usability, performance, and reliability standards are achieved.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and competitive trends to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Support lifecycle management activities including pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, forecasting, and inventory planning.

  • Assist with supporting provide programs.

  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements applicable to medical or aesthetic devices.

  • Analyze business and product performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within medical devices, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or consumer technology industries.

  • Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through commercialization and post-launch optimization.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using customer insights, market data, and business metrics to drive product decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience with connected devices, SaaS-enabled hardware, or digital health technologies.

  • Familiarity with FDA, ISO, or other regulatory requirements applicable to medical or aesthetic devices.

  • Background in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or wellness product categories.

  • Experience supporting global product launches and international market requirements.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred.

  • Experience working within Agile or stage-gate product development environments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

  • Primarily remote office-based role with extended periods of sedentary computer and screen work.

  • Ability to sit and work at a desk for prolonged periods while managing product documentation, meetings, and development workflows.

  • Occasional travel to manufacturing sites, trade shows, customer locations, or industry events as needed.

  • Ability to participate in product demonstrations, testing sessions, and training activities requiring standing and light physical activity.

​Base Pay: $107,000 - $125,000 + bonus

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of HydraFacial’s total rewards package for our employees.
