What you'll be responsible for

You will own the regional growth strategy for USDC, defining and delivering product initiatives that drive awareness, preference, and adoption across priority customer segments, partners, and use cases. This role is accountable for scaling USDC supply and usage through strategic partnerships with regional centralized exchanges and OTC providers, while shaping region-specific growth strategies grounded in local market dynamics. You will also lead the use of AI- and agent-driven capabilities to build highly automated growth platforms that accelerate education, engagement, and demand, positioning USDC as the trusted digital dollar in regional markets.

What you'll work on

  • Own and expand regional USDC liquidity and supply through strategic partnerships with centralized exchanges, OTC desks, and ecosystem partners

  • Lead cross-functional execution across Business Development, Engineering, Policy, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver scalable, regionally compliant growth initiatives

  • Design and run AI-driven experimentation frameworks to accelerate awareness, education, and adoption of USDC in local markets

  • Build automated, agent-powered growth systems that increase speed, efficiency, and repeatability of regional initiatives

  • Define and maintain dashboards, metrics, and operating cadences to track adoption, supply health, and share shift

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact regional use cases, customer segments, and distribution channels for USDC

  • Drive measurable share shift toward USDC versus competing stablecoins using market data and regional insights

Base Pay Range: $200,000-$260,000
