Job description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Codebridge's objectives, encompassing all facets of the marketing mix.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring marketing professionals. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing department.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs and implement it to marketing initiatives.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, digital marketing channels, and other marketing initiatives to attract prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
  • Define and articulate the company's brand identity, messaging, and positioning in the marketplace. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications according to brand guideline.
  • Develop a content strategy to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, website content, blog posts, case studies and other content assets.
  • Revamp the company website completely, focusing on speed, readability, and rich content comprising of valuable insights and case studies.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and online lead generation campaigns.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Provide marketing support for product launches, sales initiatives, and partnership activities.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic guidance on their potential adoption, ensuring Codebridge remains at the forefront of innovation within the marketing landscape.
Requirements:
  • Experience in CMO or Deputy CMO roles in outsource company, with a proven track record of impactful initiatives.
  • Willingness to provide references from previous employers upon request, demonstrating a positive professional relationship, reliability and effective performance
  • Achievements in developing and implementing marketing strategies in the IT, delivering tangible results in lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire and motivate remote team.
  • Proficient in establishing clear and measurable goals, utilizing s KPIs or OKRs, and conducting thorough performance assessments.
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable marketing plans.
