You will contribute toย improving key metrics like active usage, engagement and customer satisfaction and use data andย experimentation to inform decisions and priorities.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver high-impact product features that solve customer problems.
  • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own specific features or workflows end-to-end, from discovery through delivery.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate product development, including requirements definition, prototyping,
    and documentation.
  • Support development and iteration of AI-powered features, including evaluating outputs,
gathering feedback, and improving user experience.
  • Engage customers and internal stakeholders to validate concepts and inform prioritization.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing features, bugs, and technical debt.
  • Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure impact and guide decisions.
  • Support experimentation and feature validation using data and user feedback.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality product increments quickly in a fast-paced, agile
    environment.
  • Communicate product updates and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical
    audiences.
  • Coordinate and participate in agile ceremonies, representing the voice of the customer.

  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to incorporate feedback into continuous

  • Create knowledge base articles, go-to-market materials and participate in training for customer-facing teams.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS or consumer software products in cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years working in an agile/scrum environment in a product or related role.
  • Experience using AI tools to support product development (e.g., requirements, prototyping, analysis).
  • Strong interest in AI/ML and how it can improve both product experiences and development workflows.
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across Engineering, Design, Marketing and Product teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team.
