Professionals in this role communicate with clients via phone, email, or online platforms to take orders, provide product information, and build relationships. They may also coordinate with farmers, distributors, and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries. Regular coordination ensures accurate inventory updates, order confirmations, and delivery schedules, helping to maintain product freshness and meet customer expectations. Building strong relationships with these partners is essential to quickly resolve any issues, such as shipment delays or quality concerns, and to keep clients satisfied.
