Procurement Operations Manager
We are searching for an experienced Procurement Operations Manager at our East Coast Office facility.
Position Summary
The position is responsible for Procurement Operations within the Americas. The role is a mix of people leadership, analytics, tech advancement, and tactical operations with a diverse base of key stakeholders. The stakeholder group includes many internal functions, including Commodity Management, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Technical and Finance.
The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple, high-visibility projects in parallel.
The role is flexible on location with a preference for proximity to an existing Oliver Healthcare Packaging site. Some travel is required, primarily within the domestic U.S.
People Leadership
Routine engagement with a small team, currently 6-7 individuals, that represent Oliver’s buying and logistics team. Depending on location, this engagement will primarily be virtual with occasional travel to support, as needed.
Tactical Operations & Procurement Execution

Analytics and Business Insights
Analyze spend, supplier performance, inventory variables and trends, and operational data to identify and target improvement opportunities
Monitor and report on delivery performance, lead times, quality metrics, and inventory value and health.

Domestic travel – occasional and somewhat dependent on location but anticipate 4-6 total weeks of travel per year with focus on California, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
