The Opportunity

Love negotiations, building partnerships, and driving results? We're looking for a strategic Category Manager to join our Procurement team and help us partner with vendors to deliver cutting-edge products and services.

What You'll Own

  • Sourcing strategy: From spend analysis to RFx creation to supplier selection
  • Contract management: Negotiate, draft, and execute agreements that drive value
  • Vendor relationships: Ensure suppliers deliver on commitments and hit performance targets
  • Data & insights: Analyze spend patterns, track savings, and inform business decisions
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on sourcing decisions and strategy

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of procurement experience
  • Expertise in category management
  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Ariba, SAP, Google Suite)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
  • Problem solver with a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • SCMP/MBA is a major bonus
