Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Process Improvement - Audit and optimize workflows across client onboarding, service delivery, and internal operations; develop and document SOPs to support scalability; implement automation using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make); and improve hiring, onboarding, and team management processes.
  • Growth & Revenue - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and outreach; manage and update the company website (content, SEO, performance); handle inbound leads and conduct sales calls through closing; identify upsell opportunities to expand client services; and explore new services, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Strategy & Business Support - Support business planning, expansion, and profitability initiatives; Provide data-driven insights on pricing, operations, and resource allocation; Act as a strategic partner to the Owner on key decisions
    Essential Skills
  • Experience supporting or scaling a small business
  • Strong background in operations + marketing
  • Comfortable using AI tools to solve real business problems
  • Confident communicator (written + verbal)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
    Preferred:
